Open-air Cinema at Parc de la Vallette
Every year in summer, films are screened at the Parc de la Villette most evenings as the sun is setting. Some are dubbed or subtitled, some "VO" (original language).
You can bring a picnic and enjoy perfect evenings, as well as dance to live orchestras and bands on Sundays.

Free outdoors concerts in July / August 2013
Open-Air concerts at Bercy Village
Every Tuesday and Thursday (6.30-8.00PM) the cobbled café terraces of Bercy Village pulsate to the sound of free open-air concerts, from Cuban folk and New Orleans jazz to bossanova and Balkan music.
After the show, you can dine in one of the village's surrounding restaurants, or catch a film at the UGC multi-screen cinema at the end of the street.

L’Eté du Canal, l’Ourcq en fête
From June to end August 2013
Browse, Cabot, sunbathe, dance ... on the canal Ourcq life line linking Paris to the Seine-Saint-Denis.
For a very long time, the channel Ourcq is considered a place of relaxation and leisure: old postcards show the numerous festivals held along the water.
Every summer, the canal becomes the scene of many festivities and events. The opportunity for Parisians and visitors to find an atmosphere that is reminiscent of happier times taverns.
And why not get on the shuttle to explore the Seine-Saint-Denis and its channel? The shuttles offer discounted tickets for many cultural and sporting venues along the Canal de l'Ourcq.
Among the highlights of the celebrations:
- A craft show in Aulnay-sous-Bois and Pantin with concerts, shows, theater, puppets and a bar ... fair (free).
- A barge "submarine " exceptional real bathyscaph 60s, opened for visiting Noisy/Bondy and Bobigny (free).
- A photographic journey of Marc Gibert, along the three canals of Paris (Saint-Martin, Saint-Denis and Ourcq).
- Cruises Cultural (heritage, film, theater ....) offered every Saturday and Sunday morning and night cruises (10 € per person).
-The dances on the banks and terraces of the barges, every Sunday afternoon and two Saturday nights (free).

Jardin Shakespeare
Every year the Jardin du Pre Catelan in Paris' Bois de Boulogne, plays host to an open-air theatre festival.
Shakespeares’ plays are performed in French and English, and each year the theme changes.

Paris Plage
Inaugurated in 2002, Paris Beach is a free summer event that transforms several spots in Paris into beaches. From sunning in the sand to swimming in pools suspended over the Seine, kayaking, playing petanque, basketball and volleyball or enjoying free evening concerts, Paris Plage offers activities that both kids and adults will enjoy.
