Every year, Parisian stores celebrate Christmas with elaborate window display and sparkling lights that adorn their buildings. Here are a few not to miss this holiday season.
Galeries Lafayette
From November 6, 2011 to January 8th 2013
This season, Galeries Lafayette celebrate "Christmas of the century", 100th anniversary of the famous dome of the department store. Louis Vuitton will adorn several windows on the theme "The Ball of the Century".
Exceptional window displays to entertain kids and adults not to miss with Disney Princesses - Rapunzel, Cinderella, Snow White, Belle au bois dormant.
Galeries Lafayette at Christmas would be nothing without the huge 20 meters tree, traditionally installed under the dome and this year it is set with 120 brilliant Swarovski crystals.
The facade of the Galeries Lafayette illuminates a new set of artist-sculptor Yann Kersalé "Chrysalis". This creation will evolve over the seasons and is complemented by a permanent installation on the dome of the department store.

Noel in Printemps Department Store
Like every year Printemps have some of the most elaborate window display and the colorful lights adorning the building of this department store are set to sparkle from 9 November 2012 to mid-January 2013.
For this Christmas, the windows of the Printemps Haussmann store will be decorated by DIOR, who promises magic and luxury as usual.

BHV
From 14 November 2012 to 12 January 2013
This year, the BHV plunges us into a Christmas XXL both magical and fun. Designer Alexis Mabille dress the front of BHV Rivoli with long white ribbons and the windows in the couture dresses and accessorized grooms uniforms.
He had also designed the exhibition "Christmas Bazaar" in BHV Observatory: "The Fables of Alexis Mabille" .

November 17, showcases the Bon Marché Rive Gauche have an enchanted birds flying over Parisian monuments as animated music boxes ..
From 10 November to 31 December
Imagination Gallery and Christmas tree will be installed on the ground floor of the store. Children can discover Christmas stories, puppets, magic tricks, and a menagerie of wild giant stuffed animals. And to turn the heads of young and old, a real carousel will move the center of the party.

Hôtel InterContinental Fashion Christmas Trees
From November 2012 to January 2013
On Display in the Hôtel InterContinental Paris Le Grand, Paris 9th are 30 fir-trees designed by students from the Fashion department of the Ecole Mod'Art International.
